There is power at well head and pressure switch but looked down well and pump not running when power on.Or could it be nothing was frozen since this system was installed 3 winters ago but I was having sediment problems all the time which like a dummy I never addressed and could have just happen to fail on the coldest day in 3 winters. Timer is for the submersible pump, not the aerator Works in place of Jet or Norweco Singulair Panels. The RWT-1L has an aerator circuit with a failure alarm, a submersible pump circuit with a timer, and a high water alarm. Going to try a new capacitor in well control box before I throw money at new pump. This control panel is an alternative replacement for and comparable to the Jet, Inc.

(there is no manual reset on Franklin well control box) Not sure if this control box is designed shut off pump anyways if pump constantly on and Frankly I believe the line froze MAYBE where it goes through cinderblock or at the junction where line connected to fixtures since it went to 0 degrees that night. When no water through fixtures was discovered I shut off well pump breaker, but this could have been 24 hours or so after discovered since I live by myself and was away. Both lines where they enter foundation and exit to fixture line through utility room have electric heat tape installed and wrapped total length with insulation.Heat tape was still on when I checked. Water line runs 3-4 feet underground (northern Ohio)from well through very bottom of cinder block foundation wall (unheated crawl space) and then approx 20 feet (suspended under the main floor insulation) to heated utility room on main floor Another shorter supply line runs through floor from tank to main fixture line hookup under floor. It utilizes a blower system or an air compressor by which air is pumped into the main septic treatment tank.
